Can I try it before paying?

Do I need a new WhatsApp number?
No. We use your existing WhatsApp Business number. If you only have a personal WhatsApp, we'll walk you through switching to Business in 2 minutes — your number stays the same.
What if I don't have product photos?
We pull from your Google Maps listing first. If those are weak, we use AI-generated category photos as placeholders. Or buy the Photo Upgrade Pack for ₹499 — we'll professionally crop, clean, and brand up to 25 of your photos.
How does the UPI Autopay actually work?
It's NPCI's official recurring-payment system — the same one used by Netflix India, JioFiber, and Hotstar. You pay the ₹999 setup once upfront on UPI, then approve a monthly mandate (₹299, ₹599, or ₹1,499 depending on your plan). We auto-charge monthly. You can pause or cancel from your UPI app anytime in two taps.
What if my customers don't trust online payments?
No problem. Every order on DukaanSethu can be Cash on Delivery, UPI on Delivery, or pay-in-advance UPI. The customer chooses. You don't lose any sale because of payment preference.
Will Meta or WhatsApp ban my account for using this?
No. We use Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform and Catalog APIs — the same tools used by Tata, Reliance, and PhonePe. Your account stays fully compliant. We're a Meta-listed Business Solution Provider.
What if I want to leave? Do I lose my catalog?
Your WhatsApp catalog and Facebook page belong to you, not us. If you cancel, they stay live on your Meta Business account. We just stop maintaining them. No lock-in.
I don't sell physical products — I'm a service business. Does this work?
Yes. Salons, tutors, photographers, tailors, plumbers — your "catalog" lists services with prices, packages, and time slots. The UPI link collects advance deposits to lock bookings.
Who built this and where is my data stored?
DukaanSethu is a product of Aware Consultants (aware.co.in), an Indian company operating since 2019 under DPDP Act 2023. Data is stored on AWS Mumbai. You can export or delete it any time.
